Q: Will I get my package by a specified date? 
A: Package Receipt Dates are not guaranteed by LALA Dollies.  LALA Dollies uses USPS as the primary shipping service provider. Please refer to the USPS Holiday Shipping Schedule.

USPS Priority or Express Mail shipping options should be used if expedited shipping time is required for any holiday or special time sensitive occasions.  


PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
Q: How long does it take to make and ship my Dollie?
A: All LALA Dollies are designed, hand cut, hand sewn and stuffed by me! Due to the intricate love and care that these dollies require, turn-around time is approximately 4 - 8 weeks. You will see the difference in our care. We also aim for the fastest turn around time in hand made and hand designed DOLLIES out there!

*Please note, CUSTOM orders can take longer based on design, size and unique fabric needs.

Q: Do you still offer free shipping? 
A: At this time, due to increase shipping costs from the United States Postal Service, we no longer offer free shipping.  

U.S. and International Orders:
Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes!  We ship within the United States and to certain international destinations covered by the United States Postal Service.  Shipping Service delivery times can be found on the http://www.usps.com web site. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipping to provide package tracking history and status information.

International shipping service timelines are listed on the shipping service provider web sites. 

Q: What are the methods to check out? 
A:  LALA DOLLIES cannot guarantee the speed of the check-out process. Your internet connection, computer, the Shopify platform are significant variables in the checkout process that are outside the scope of our accountability. 
  
PAYMENT METHODS:

PayPal: Make sure you are signed into PayPal in the same browser that you are shopping with.

ApplePay: Only Available on macOS or iOS devices. Make sure ApplePay is enabled for Payments on Mac if you are shopping from macOS (a Mac computer). Check Apple Support for more info. 

G-Pay: Android devices, or Google Chrome and MS Edge Browsers.

ShopPay: formerly Shopify Pay), or Credit Card. 

There are other methods like Facebook Pay that can be utilize as well.  Please plan ahead and use the payment method that works best for you, based on the device you are using to shop from. 

Note: Shopping from a laptop or Desktop yields the fastest or most responsive transactions for a faster checkout process!
