All handmade dollies are unique, and natural variations occur within the fabric and color from the product's picture. Additionally, like fabric substitutions may occur at our discretion based on product demand and availability.

We currently accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shopify and ApplePay payments. Orders paid through PayPal Check payments will be delayed and fulfilled once payment has cleared through PayPal. **This will add processing time to your order.** Any custom orders invoices must be paid in advance.
Due to the handmade care, craftsmanship, unique design, and limited production of our Dollies, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds.

We are doing all that we can to increase inventory, offering innovative opportunities to win "Right to Buys", "Custom's", "Cart Pass" for our VIP community.
FINAL SALE POLICY: As a small shop with limited offerings, we cannot honor cancellations once a LALA has been secured. Congratulations on scoring! We know the plushie will bring you much joy, love and comfort!

COMMUNICATIONS:
We will respond to inquiries and communication as soon as we can. Typically, we are on the go (like all the growing families we know!) and respond to email or social media engagement communications within hours. At the latest, we strive to answer all communications within 1 to 2 business days.
FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Processing time:
Due to the hand-made love and care that these dollies require, turn-around time varies. We strive to have the best turnaround time experience for any handmade shop in the plushie community. Processing and shipping time will vary based on shop volume and cannot be guaranteed.
Express or Overnight Shipping options are available for an additional fee to help you get your Dollie as fast as possible once it is ready to ship!
Ready to Ship Dollies:
Occasionally, items are available as Ready to Ship. Once invoices have been settled, these orders usually process and ship in 2-5 business days. USPS Priority or Express Mail shipping options should be used if expedited shipping time is required for holiday or special occasions.
Custom Designs:
Custom orders are extremely limited as I create One-of-a-Kind Dollies with dedicated design and artwork. I am a mighty shop of 1, working hard to make you a LALA DOLLIE full of Love. Turnaround time is not guaranteed on custom work.
U.S. and International Orders:
We ship within the United States and to certain international destinations covered by the United States Postal Service. Shipping Service delivery times can be found on the http://www.usps.com web site. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipping and will provide package tracking history and status information.
