Welcome to LALA DOLLIES ®
Hi! My name is Lynn and I am the creator, and maker of all things
LaLa Dollies ®
I made my first doll for my youngest son, who was having a difficult time sleeping alone at night. I wanted to provide a sense of security and companionship for him during his bedtime routine.
In addition to providing him comfort and a positive attachment, my hope for the dolls is to help spark curiosity and exploration through the play of young children, and to help awaken the inner child in us all, yes, even as adults!
As a lover of all things hand-made, I carefully create and craft each doll by hand from start to finish in my home studio. I will forever find happiness in my family, and passion in creating art by hand for others to enjoy.

SALES POLICIES:
PAYMENT:
We currently accept major credit cards, PayPal and Shopify payments. Orders paid through PayPal Check payments will be processed once payment has cleared. This will add processing time to your order. Custom orders invoices must be paid in advance, then we will create your DOLLIE.
COMMUNICATIONS:
We will respond to inquiries and communication as soon as we can. Typically, we are on the go (like all the growing families we know!) and respond to email or social media engagement communications within hours. At the latest, we strive to answer all communications within 1 to 2 business days.
All Sales Final
Due to the unique nature, and limited production of our Dollies, all sales are final.
We hope this never happens, but if for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 5 business days and we will arrange an exchange or a store credit.
FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Processing time:
Due to the hand-made love and care that these dollies require, turn-around time can be 2-4 weeks.
Expedited USPS Shipping options are available to help you get your Dollie as fast as possible once it is ready to ship!
Ready to Ship Dollies:
Processing and shipping time will vary based on shop volume and cannot be guaranteed. We are a small, but hard-working business making you the best products we can.
Occasionally, items are available as Ready to Ship. Once invoices have been settled, these orders usually process and ship in 1 week. USPS Priority or Express Mail shipping options should be used if expedited shipping time is required for holiday or special occasions.
U.S. and International Orders:
We ship within the United States and to certain international destinations covered by the United States Postal Service. Shipping Service delivery times can be found on the http://www.usps.com web site. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipping and will provide package tracking history and status information.
Please note: We are not responsible for and have no corrective action due to shipping delays once a package is shipped.
